"Heritage Hills has been home to my wife for many years.  I came here as a rehabilitation resident and successfully went home.  Everyone involved with this home has been so good to us.  I recently returned as a Long-Term resident.  My wife and I would not live anywhere else in the State of Rhode Island."

The History of Heritage Hills

Mr. John W. Sormanti founded Heritage Hills Nursing Centre in 1975. Mr. Sormanti was a true advocate for his residents providing quality care and positive outcomes from the beginning.

He set a solid foundation for the facility by emphasizing positive attitudes and respect. Upon his passing in 2001, his daughter Ms. Joyce Sormanti became the Administrator and continues in her father’s footsteps. Ms. Sormanti is dedicated to providing a homelike environment where all residents are treated like family.

We're proud to announce that in the 2009 Annual Department of Health Survey Results by the State of Rhode Island, Heritage Hills Nursing Centre received No Deficiencies.
