About Heritage Hills

Family owned and operated since 1975, Heritage Hills Nursing Centre is a 95-bed skilled nursing and residential care facility tucked into the countryside in Smithfield, Rhode Island.

We are dedicated to providing post-acute and long-term care, rehabilitation services and respite care in a homelike environment.

We're proud to announce that in the 2009 Annual Department of Health Survey Results by the State of Rhode Island, Heritage Hills Nursing Centre received No Deficiencies.
